I went to Target last night to get some essentials for my walking/jogging, I am planning to do a lot of it outside, and it's going to be getting cold soon (we sure have been lucky again the last couple days though.)  I got a pair of tennis shoes, yoga pants, a hoodie, a pair of running gloves, and a head band to keep my ears warm. I have an app on my Droid to keep track of my distance walked, what I eat, calories burned, etc. It's called 
Cardio Trainer.  There is a pro version of the app that I think I am going to get that will give me more direction during the workout.  It will also give me a feature to help me lose weight by telling me how much to eat and how much to workout based on my goal.

I just need to get some wool socks to keep my feet warm and I'll have to find a t-shirt to wear under the hoodie in case I do end up getting too warm.  
I didn't get a chance to do much exercise today, I worked my long day today, but tomorrow I have it planned to take the girls out for a walk in the afternoon.  I am excited to wear my new clothes and shoes!   
I drank more water today, I have been really slacking on drinking water.  I only brought one can of pop to work, and had that with my lunch and the rest of the day I sipped on water.  I did have one cup of coffee though to start my day.

I did let the Halloween candy get the best of me today.  Those little candy bars sure do have a big voice when it comes to calling my name!  Oh well, at least I am making a positive change in my life with exercise, the other parts will come too.  And I am sure the more I do this the more I will want to make better choices for eating so I don't undo the good I do.
